Property Taxes? OUCH!

Did you just get your new property tax bill? Taxes on our home went up over $1000. Ferrisburgh residents got slapped with a 15% increase! Renters, get ready for a major increase in your next lease contract. Your landlord just got hammered by the state and it will get passed on to you

Our current state legislators are directly responsible for this. They betrayed us and must be "fired". Re-electing the incumbents is like patting them on a back and saying "great job". It's seriously time to consider breaking the supermajority stranglehold by voting Republican, at least for our Vermont state representatives and senators. Remember this on Election Day in November.

Governor Scott did everything he could to stop this increase, but the supermajority in the legislature overrode him again and again. If we send these progressive democrats (Matt, Diane, Chris, and Ruth) back to Montpelier, they are already talking about raising taxes again if they get reelected.

According to wallethub, Vermont is currently the #3 highest overall tax state in the nation. This new property tax increase could easily push us into the #1 spot as highest taxes in the country! This is crazy and unnecessary.

We have the power to stop this betrayal and these costly economic policies. Join the rebellion. In November vote Republican for a change!
